For our project team, we are looking for a team player (m/f/d) to support us in project execution.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

Supporting project and construction management in day-to-day business
Organizing and assisting with reporting, such as monthly reports, meeting minutes, and construction logs
Administrative document processing, tracking of documents and drawings, as well as filing of documents
Data entry into databases and tracking of deadlines
Protocol creation and drafting of handover letters
General administrative tasks including telephone service, mail handling, and office supplies ordering
Planning and organization of customer visits, events and meetings

Successfully completed commercial training and/or several years of professional experience in the secretarial or team assistance field
Strong communication skills and high service orientation
Organizational talent, Hands-on mentality, initiative & motivation
Very good MS-Office skills, especially Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
High degree of flexibility, reliability and commitment
